>Meeting will be Tues Jan 12th 16:00 GMT here: https://ca.meet.coop/b/wou-cyy-wpt
The list of [nine potential actions](https://notepad.diglife.coop/s/HyK1q3LjP#) assembled a month ago (2020 12 03) is a bit complex, so it would be good to have a simpler frame for our meeting this week. Below is a proposed meeting agenda of five items.
Items 2, 3, 4 are derived from three kinds of actions appearing in the 2020 12 03 list.
### Item 1 - Practice within the Community circle
```@wouter``` has [a proposal here](https://forum.meet.coop/t/working-as-a-community/416/25) based on ArtofHosting, for how to handle a gathering of the (proto) Community circle: Before, During and After. We should discuss this and agree a version of it.
### Item 2 - Member-to-member cooperation
Member directory, wants-&-offers, community mapping ```@georgiamoon```. Maybe even trade under mutual credit?
### Item 3 - Sociability
Person-to-person sociability among members, including informal brief self-description of individuals in each gathering, social events. Etc.
### Item 4 - Presentations and discussions
Presentations and discussions, that we could invite our networks to . . Topics 4a, 4b, 4c below summarise the 2020-12-03 list.
- **4a Coop practice and strategy** - Sharing expertise, including governance, outreach & recruitment, startup and business models (funding, sweat equity etc), coop-to-coop federation. Etc
> Operational members with things to bring here include: ```@benhylau``` ```@osb``` ```@graham``` etc
- **4b Solidarity** Gathering of tribes - Inviting other organisations in the mutual sector, coop economy and solidarity economy, to engage with the meet.coop membership thro a presentation. Specifically to include organisations under the leadership of women, BIPOC and non-English language communities. Discussion homeing-in on **support and solidarity** with such projects via developments in meet.coop services, membership & governance.
> Organisations might for example include . . FOEI? MayFirst? femProComuns? Civic Intelligence project @ Seattle? Schumacher Institute? Kate Raworth’s ‘doughnut cities’ project (DEAL - Doughnut Economics Action Lab)? Etc?
- **4c Digital toolstack** (a) Emerging useage and user issues of the meet.coop service; and (b) the place of BBB video meetings alongside other elements in the digital infrastructure of mutual- and coop-sector organising. To include: 'Why FLOSS not mainstream commercial?'
> Organisations with expertise here include: Agaric ```@freescholar``` MayFirst ```@jamie``` Collective tools/Digidemlab ```@petter``` femProComuns ```@dvdjaco``` ```@wouter``` etc.
Maybe a/b/c above are three ongoing streams?
### Item 5 - Commitments
Commitments to organise some of the above. On the basis of this, a **working group**? Taking care not to over-promise/over-commit! And to cross-fertilise with commitments of our member organisations.
